What information do you need on the call?

A 5 to 10 minute call is enough to scope a Pasadena spray foam estimate visit. Useful to have ready: your property address and ZIP, approximate square footage of the home or attic, year the home was built (drives expected current insulation R-value), where the HVAC ducts run (attic vs. inside walls vs. crawl space), the problem you are trying to solve (high July bills, hot upstairs, sweating floors, condensation in a metal building), and your timeline (urgent / next 30 days / planning ahead). Photos help if you have them. Not required.

What does the on-site estimate cover?

The free on-site visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes. A licensed Texas spray foam contractor walks the attic (or crawl, or building), measures linear and square footage, photographs existing insulation condition, identifies any duct, plumbing, or electrical conflicts, checks ventilation strategy (vented vs. unvented attic), and notes whether old insulation needs removal. You leave the visit with a written, itemized quote listing product type (open-cell or closed-cell), depth in inches, board-foot total, removal line items, City of Pasadena permit fees if applicable, and a fixed install price. Quote is good for 30 days. No deposit to receive it.
